Start with the roof requirements. Roof capacity and load distribution, wind restraint, attachment and membrane compatibility require project-specific review by the responsible design and roofing professionals. Provide those requirements with your RFQ.

These are application groupings and layout details. We confirm the fabrication scope, materials and finish with you before quoting. Layouts are schematic, not installation or engineering details. Load ratings, movement allowances, codes, testing and certifications are project-specific requirements, not implied product ratings.

The Process, In Detail

From Your Drawing.
To The Next Jobsite.

A typical fabrication route, reviewed and agreed for each job. Not every project needs every operation, and the sequence follows your design and scope.

01Drawing & Requirements ReviewStart With The Project As You Designed It.

We begin with your drawings, revision numbers and application requirements. Support geometry, pipe interfaces, mounting arrangements and adjacent equipment all help define the fabrication scope. Experienced people review the details and flag questions before the job moves forward.

  • Supply the approved design, dimensions and connection details.
  • Identify materials, quantities and application-specific requirements.
  • Provide any required loads or engineering criteria with your project documentation.
02Human-Reviewed QuotingReal People. Real Experience. Fast Response.

Your design leads the quote. We review the project requirements and price the requested work, rather than asking you to reshape the job around a rigid online pricing template. Complete information helps us respond quickly; quote timing depends on project complexity and the details available.

  • Align the fabrication scope, quantities and drawing revisions.
  • Clarify open questions and any special finish or documentation needs.
  • Confirm pricing and the proposed schedule before proceeding.
03Material & Production PlanningGet The Inputs Aligned Before The First Cut.

Material grade, plate thickness, tube section and specified finish inform the route through the shop. The project plan considers available materials, the required operations and the delivery target. An integrated equipment stack supports this planning, with experienced fabricators guiding the job-specific details.

  • Confirm material and section requirements against the drawings.
  • Identify any material-documentation requirements in advance.
  • Agree on the production scope and schedule for the job.
04Laser Cutting & Tube WorkMake The Parts That Become The Assembly.

Flat-sheet laser cutting can produce support plates, gussets, mounting details and other profile-cut components. Tube laser work can prepare sections and connection features where the design calls for them. The route is selected around the part geometry and the agreed requirements.

  • Review profiles, holes, slots and connection features.
  • Use sheet and tube processes where they suit the design.
  • Keep part and revision identification aligned with the assembly.
05Press Brake & Tube BendingTurn Flat And Straight Stock Into Useful Geometry.

Press brake forming and tube bending bring the specified angles, offsets and shapes into the part. Formed brackets or bent tube components are incorporated where required by the drawing. Any clarification affecting fit or design intent belongs in the project review before fabrication proceeds.

  • Confirm bend geometry, orientation and mating interfaces.
  • Review formed features in relation to the finished assembly.
  • Agree on any proposed changes before changing the design.
06Fit-Up, Welding & Laser WeldingBring The Individual Parts Together.

Fabricators fit the components to the assembly requirements and plan the joining work around access, joint details and the specified material. Welding or laser welding is considered where appropriate to the job. Skilled judgment and suitable tooling work together throughout fit-up and assembly.

  • Review assembly orientation, access and connection details.
  • Align welding requirements with the agreed project specifications.
  • Resolve fit or drawing questions before continuing the work.
07Project-Specific Inspection & Finish ReviewCheck Against The Requirements That Matter To Your Job.

The inspection and documentation scope is agreed for the project. That discussion identifies the dimensions, features, weld requirements and finish expectations that need verification before release. Any special inspection, testing or acceptance requirements should be stated at the quoting stage.

  • Define critical features and acceptance criteria before production.
  • Review the specified finish and any required documentation.
  • Confirm the release requirements for the completed work.
08Packing & Shipment PlanningPrepare The Work For The Next Stage Of Your Project.

Packing and shipment are planned around the agreed parts, destination and handling requirements. Share any part-marking, delivery-sequence or protection needs early so they can be included in the scope. Shipping arrangements and the required date are confirmed for the specific order.

  • Identify part-marking, grouping and handling needs.
  • Agree on packaging and delivery requirements.
  • Confirm the shipping destination and schedule.
